DELIVERY INFORMATION
UK:
We use Evri/Royal Mail/DPD for all UK deliveries.
All shipping times are confirmed at checkout
Standard shipping (£3,50)) - 3-7 working days.
Express shipping (£4,50) - 1-3 working days. Order before 12pm for same day dispatch. Orders after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders do not get delivered/dispatched on weekends.
Evri next day delivery (£5.99) - order before 12pm for same day dispatch. Anything ordered after 12pm will be dispatched the following day. Please note anything ordered after 12pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (or Tuesday if it is bank holiday).
Royal Mail next day delivery (£7.99) - order before 3pm for same day dispatch. Anything ordered after 3pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (or Tuesday if it is bank holiday).

We use Evri/Royal Mail, however we occasionally use DPD/FedEx/DHL/Pro Carrier. They will provide an email delivery update to advise you of approximate delivery times and status.

We do not take any responsibility for any parcels left in safe places, chosen neighbour or after delivery has taken place.
Evri is currently contactless delivery with GPS proof and will leave the parcel at the address given on the order. We do not take any responsibility for any stolen parcels if the parcel is left contactless.
If you believe your parcel has been stolen, contact the police prior to contacting us. If you can provide us with a crime reference number, email us and we will assist you further.
There are now additional duties and import charges and VAT to be paid by the customer for parcels being imported to Europe from the UK. Please check your countries rules and regulations for costing for import duties, tax and VAT from the UK.
If there are additional custom charges and duties applicable for shipments into your country then the customer is responsible for these.
Any import duties and taxes not paid by the customer and refused, may be either destroyed or sent back to us. In the case they are sent back to us, you will be liable to cover the cost of return fees, duties and taxes.
Acts of God provisions, also called “Force Majeure”, relate to events outside human control, like flash floods, earthquakes, snow or other natural disasters. In this instance if your delivery is delayed due to Force Majeure, it will be delivered as soon as it is viable.
