Returns and Exchanges
We assume full responsibility if the item you receive is of poor quality upon opening. However, we perform a thorough quality check before shipping each item, so any damage caused upon receipt will only occur during transit.
If the item you ordered is not the right size or color, you can return it and exchange it* for another size, color, or dress. To complete this process, you can contact us by email to initiate the exchange process.
We have a strict 7-day exchange policy, allowing you, as a consumer, to email us within this timeframe after receiving the dress to validate your exchange*. If, for any reason, you email us after this timeframe, we will be unable to accept the exchange.
Returned items must be sent in their original packaging with tags still attached. If they are not returned in their original plastic bags, a £2 deduction will be applied to your refund.
International Orders: We currently do not accept returns from outside the UK due to customs fees.
*Please note that exchanges are processed via credit note. Credit notes are valid for up to 15 days from the date of issue. The credit note will be sent to the email address you used to make the purchase. Delivery is expected to take 7-10 days from the date we receive the item.
We do not accept exchanges or refunds on sale items.
